If twins could be adept or highly skilled at the age of 4 it would read: Gifted napper, talker, and ice cream eater!! Not a bad combination if you ask me!! Hopefully your week was a combination of awesome and productive. The week back after vacation with twins seems to always be a bit of struggle as you recover from exhaustion due to being out of a routine. Needless to say, the twins had ample to talk about, asked for ice cream like we were still on vacation, and became gifted sleepers as they needed to recover from so much sun and fun!! As always, we had the pleasure of learning 5 new Finds this week as Twin-Parents.....
1. The opposite of 'taking candy from a baby' is 'putting sunscreen on twin toddlers!!
2. You can tell its bedtime when the twins start blaming each other for it being bedtime, as if each brother magically and maliciously made time pass more quickly for the other??
3. My wife’s grocery list has wine listed twice; in case you’re wondering if the twins are home for summer break yet!!
4. Sometimes having twins is difficult and sometimes as you’re walking past a cluster of startled birds they casually say, “Don’t worry, birds, we’re not really giants!!"
