Almost four years ago I wrote about the #2 team vs. the #3 team facing off. That game was a Tussle in Tuscaloosa. Well, once again we find ourselves heading south for a Tussle between the #2 and #4 teams. Finally, Bama will make the trip up here to Athens next season. Let's hope for a much different outcome compared to that 2020 showdown at their place. Nonetheless, it is exhilarating when two heavyweights go toe to toe on a Saturday night in the SEC. May the best team win and may it be a darling game so whoever wins gets a tip of the hat out of respect. Just like the Friday finds we get showered with each week.....
1. Twins informed us that when they have kids, they will limit screen time, take them hiking, teach them how to raise chickens and milk cows, and demonstrate the value of work. Same kids who need reminders to take their shoes upstairs and SHUT DOORS!!
2. The first rule of twin’s sleep is You Do Not Brag About How Well twins Sleep or the Sleep Fairy will come and take the sleep away!!
3. Ah, a new school year: new books, fresh clothes, and an updated assortment of “why I didn’t eat my lunch today” excuses!!
4. Thought my attitude was so cool until I procreated two tiny replicas of myself!!
5. That moment of panic when they invite you inside at the start of the birthday party you thought was a drop-off event!!
