December has arrived and with it the season of travel. It seems like this month is shaping up to become a game of Ping-Pong. Bouncing here, bouncing there, bouncing everywhere! Naturally that will bring great memories, new explorations, fatigue, and a sense of fake responsibility to fit in schedules out of your control into the playing surface. The beauty of life and sports is that the ball can bounce anyway. Ping-Pong and the holidays seem to play out it in similar fashion. Nonetheless, enjoy the time spent whether big or small on the road or in a mall. The most important thing to remember is not the quantity of time we receive, but if the time spent was quality. That holds true in playing games, relationships, or life itself. Resolve to stress less around Christmas, cherish the time, don't worry about things out of your own control, and chuckle at the following 5 twin finds from this week.....
1. All of us have moments in our lives that test our courage. For example, taking twins into a house with white carpet or a store with ample amounts of glass near the end of shelves, that is certainly 2 of them!!
2. Twins change your dinner party conversation from politics to poops real quick!!
3. Waking twins up for school the first day after Thanksgiving break is almost as much fun as watching mom push them out at birth!!
4. I have learned that I own a “dad voice” so loud even the neighbors brush their teeth and get dressed!!
5. Twins really brighten up a household. They never turn the lights off!! Especially the 2.2 million Christmas lights in the house!!
