Raising wrestling boys. Clink, clank, clunk all we hear throughout the house is Twins wrestling. Bip, bam, boom all they do is pounce and pound each other to the ground. Is that a broken sound or just a loud picture frame falling off the wall. I don't know about you all but separating two wrestling twins takes some grit and gruff because it is what they love to do. Just like I love the 5 Friday Finds each week.....
The Twins insisted that scales measure how fast we are. So anyway, I stepped on our scale and I’m a lot faster than I thought I was!!
A fun twin parenting reality is that when one falls asleep on the floor at 7 pm he will come wandering into my room at midnight very confused and wanting breakfast. Then realizing the other will walk in as well asking for the same thing once he hears said twin walking around!!
A twin forgot the word for intestines and called them "meat lines in the stomach that are taller than you" so we are not putting him in charge of naming things!!
My twin-dad wardrobe is rapidly approaching a style which can be best described as probably going to ask to speak to a manager!!
Anonymously I asked the Twins to write new year’s resolutions. Here are some of my favorites...
• "Eat more ice cream"
• "Build a rock fort"
• "Learn to drive faster"
• "Try my hardest at punching brother”
• "Make twin language official"
• “ Don’t step on anthills this summer”
• "See Wifi”
