This week I had a chance to put out a fire, aka a crisis out at work. It was certainly a team effort and remember that College Athletics is in a rapidly changing landscape that is unprecedent. The one thing it has offered the past week is connections. During the week I had the chance to collaborate with administrators from 6 other universities in 3 states. The theme that was prevalent was adaptability. One administrator at Maryland gave a nice compliment by stating that success has followed our family throughout athletics due to the ability to adapt quickly and stay focused on the big picture. Adaptability allows you to fit in different environments, for work and living situations. It's a skill and a skill that does not come easy. Your mother and I are firm believers in it and hope to pass it down, so that you adapt quickly and forge your own paths. Adaptability comes easy to those whose faith is in the Lord. Thanks for always adapting to us learning how to be better parents as well. Most of all thank you for the humorous 5 Twin Finds as a dad this week.....

2. Last night my wife asked me to grab her keys out of her purse, but instead I found 3 Tupperware lids, 2 socks & a 3rd kid we didn't know we had!!
3. Being a Twin Dad makes you think things like, “The new shoes I ordered are a little too big, I’ll I'll just grow into them" before remembering wait I'm almost 37!!
4. Today I told the Twins that I loathed their artwork. Well, what I really said was, ‘Please don’t color on the walls’ but apparently it’s the same thing!!”
5. Asked the twins to stop running through the house. Of course, they didn’t listen & when one fell, I was like “exactly.” (That was a week ago) This morning, I tripped over the dog and in unison they yelled “EXACTLY!!
