5 Friday Finds!!!!! 42 Day!!

Happy Good Friday!! Happy Jackie Robinson day!! On this date in 1947, Jackie Robinson made his Major League Baseball debut, and in doing so integrated baseball for good. Robinson faced opposition, turmoil, and hatred during his career in the majors, but persevered through it all, winning Rookie of the Year in his first season, MVP in his third and a World Series in his ninth. Despite starting his MLB career far later than most, Robinson would prove himself to be one of the greatest players in baseball history and would be elected to the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. Every April 15, MLB celebrates Jackie Robinson Day by having every player in the league wear his universally retired No. 42. MLB players, coaches and teams chose to pay tribute to Robinson in varied ways!! Nonetheless, it is more than deserving and I am beyond joyful to celebrate what it means in all sports and my career!! In doing so please take the time to enjoy the following 5 amusing finds this Friday found as a TwinDad!

1. Pretending I'm still asleep so my wife has to make the kids' breakfast is my favorite weekend tradition!!

2. “This would look a lot better in the toilet” – Twins!!

3. Unlocked the next level of being a Twin dad, by removing and putting back the same batteries that need replaced to show the twins in fact we are unable to rewatch the same show due to the remote being broken!!

4. Hey, you over there, you haven't seen Encanto? Have you been living under a rock? A rock where there are no toddlers? Can I visit for a week or two?

5. 9 PM on Friday night before kids: getting ready to go out with my friends.

9 PM on Friday night now: in bed, in my pajamas, looking up times that state parks and museums open so that I can entertain twins for an entire day!!
