Happy 63rd birthday to my mom the person we call Gram Gram!! Mom, thank you for being the best role model I could ask for. You have always been there to keep me grounded and are the biggest prayer warrior I know. Even though we live in different states, my family and I would be lost without you. One of the most fascinating things over the years I do not often commend you on is the close relationship and communication you have with my wife. It is beautiful to witness! Thank you for always teaching me right from wrong. Your constant guidance has taught me so many things over the years. Thank you for always telling me the truth. You are my biggest supporter outside of Charlotte and always tell me the truth even when I do not want to hear it. Sometimes the truth taste like vinegar but I know you always put my family’s best interest first. I know I can always look to you for advice because you will tell me with no ulterior motives in mind. Thank you for being my biggest fan. Growing up, you never missed one of my games (boy there were numerous games) or my school achievements. I could always find you in the crowd with a huge smile on your face. Your constant support has helped shape me into the person and father I am today. Rain or shine, I know I can always count on you to be there and it is the best feeling in the world. Thank you for always being so strong. Your strength has shown me I can overcome any obstacle thrown my way. The ability to overcome the twelve foster homes and abuse of your childhood has and always will be an inspiration. Your determination to never give up has inspired me to always keep moving forward. Thank you for being strong even when you did not want to be. Your faith and wisdom continue to surprise me by how much you know. Your patience and guidance to this day still seem to keep me in amazement. Thank you for teaching me that my faith and wife come first and being a great example of what a Godly wife looks like in a world filled with selfish ambitions. You are truly the most selfless woman I know. You have always made sure I was taken care of before yourself. You never think about yourself and continue to put others first before your own needs. Thank you for teaching me it's fine to laugh yourself. Thank you for raising me in church and signing me up for sports which lead to a life full of passion, not a dead end job. Thank you for being the mom and dad all of those years! Thank you for constantly praying for the twins, cultivating a relationship with my wife, and most of all for deciding to have and keep me. No other mom would have done. We love you Gram Gram. Enjoy dinner on us you Ol' Hag!!
