If you have toddlers, you know the many delights and headaches of parenthood. If you have Twins well you hold Superpowers!! The majority of the time our boys are pure joy from above, but there are fractions of time where they hit every nerve in a body causing one to go crazy!! However, one trait that is commonly overlooked in which both parents and children possess to survive childhood is resiliency. I know from my fatherhood perspective that our twins have the ability to recover quickly from hardships and toughness to rebound when being reprimanded. The same is undoubtedly true as a couple and parents of twin toddlers. With this being said, it seems inevitable that our family will be going through some changes that will take resiliency as we move up in the sport administration realm. Send us prayers for wisdom and insight as multiple offers are being presented. Nonetheless, one thing this family will always do is cling to our faith and tackle the horizon with humor as evident by the 5 Friday Findings met this week as a Twin Dad….. #toddlerlife #twins
1. Heed my advice: Do not and I mean do not start a silly game that makes twins laugh if you're not prepared to play it ^&*!! 365 times in a row!!
2. Look Karen or Nancy or Martha or whatever your name is, if you see me driving erratically, I'm not under any influence besides I have twin toddlers demanding breakfast snacks as I pull into the drop off line, OK!!
3. I wish I loved anything as much as one of the twins loves to scream for no $%^&* reason!!
4. Nothing and I mean nothing has exposed how truly terrible I am at drawing like becoming a Twin Dad!!
5. School Christmas Photos are back... As a parent have you ever asked yourself: "Why is there only 1 big picture and 2 medium ones in school picture packages? Does anyone in existence use up the 225 wallet sized pics that come in a package? All family members on both sides just want the big size one!!"
